What to expect
If you have never done yoga before or are feeling unsure for whatever reason, let me tell you how very welcome you are.
Feel free to drop me an email if you have any concerns or questions and we can run through these.
We can even arrange to meet in the studio early to chat.
Blocks of 6 are recommended because it helps you commit to and therefore take a weekly class, that then enables you to see progress in your practice. Yoga teaching can then develop further as the participants have a good foundation to build upon. Drop in rates are also available if you are unable to commit.
Yoga is accessible to all
Beginners class - suits those new to yoga, those with an injury or illness meaning they need to take things slower, or perhaps you just like to take things slower for your own reason or due to age.
Mixed ability - suitable to those with some yoga experience or those that are comfortable with exercise and feel their mobility is fluid ie you can step forward into a lung easily and can sit crossed legged
What to wear and bring
Bring your own mat if you would like to.
Wear something comfortable like leggings and a t-shirt or a sports vest (low/medium support bra for ladies)
Bring a few layers like a long sleeved top in Winter and socks to keep warm when relaxing at the end of class
If you have your own blanket that you like, feel free to bring that too
Otherwise, all equipment is supplied
