About Hannah

My Story - Natural health coach and yoga teacher 

 

I've always been interested in nutrition but my deep dive into health came from a place of dis-ease. Adrenal fatigue, which feels like permanent exhaustion, unstable blood sugar levels and chronic back pain lead me down this path to study nutrition.  I decided to take a grip of it, with both hands, and really understand how I could nourish my own body.

Now throw that into the mix of being a life long foodie, refusing to eat boring meals and now needing a repertoire of fast meals for a young family.  I'd like to think I can share some of this knowledge with you. My health and energy levels have certainly seen the benefit and so can yours.

I'd love to share my journey with you, I'm hoping I can make your life a little easier, a little healthier - even a whole lot healthier if you are up for a bit of change- and always keeping it tasty!
